Terms and Conditions

By creating an account, entering a competition or otherwise using PlayLogic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not enter a competition.

• ▸You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter a competition.
• ▸You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• ▸One person may hold one account. Accounts must not be shared or transferred.

An entry is only created once payment succeeds, or immediately where a valid promotion results in a €0 total. Each entry receives its own entry code and its own set of predictions.

• ▸The entry fee for the PlayLogic English Premier League competition is €50 per entry.
• ▸A €2 platform/processing fee is charged in addition to the entry fee, giving a normal checkout price of €52 before any valid promotional discount.
• ▸Payments are taken by our payment provider. PlayLogic does not store your card details.

• ▸Each fixture prediction locks exactly 5 minutes before that fixture's scheduled kick-off and cannot be created or changed afterwards.
• ▸Other fixtures in the same Gameweek remain editable until their own individual deadlines.
• ▸Season predictions and scoring are set out in full in the Competition Rules.

The PlayLogic English Premier League competition requires a minimum of 100 paid entries to proceed. If that minimum is not reached by the entry deadline, PlayLogic may cancel the competition.

If PlayLogic cancels a competition — including because the minimum entry requirement is not reached — each affected participant is refunded the competition-entry amount they actually paid, calculated individually from their own payment. The €2 platform/processing fee is non-refundable. We will notify affected participants by email.

• ▸You may request a refund before entries close.
• ▸The €2 platform/processing fee is non-refundable for every refund, whether participant-requested, administrator-approved or arising from cancellation by PlayLogic.
• ▸Any eligible refund is calculated from the competition-entry amount you actually paid after any promotional discount, less the €2 platform/processing fee.
• ▸Promotional discounts reduce the refundable competition-entry amount accordingly, so a €52 payment refunds €50 while a €47 discounted payment refunds €45.
• ▸You can never receive more than you actually paid towards the refundable competition-entry portion.
• ▸Once entries have closed and the competition has started, participant-requested refunds are no longer available, except where required by applicable law.

Prizes for the PlayLogic English Premier League competition are €2,000 for 1st place, €500 for 2nd, €120 for 3rd, and €10 for the highest-scoring entry in each of the 38 Gameweeks — a total advertised prize pool of €3,000. Final placings and points are determined by the scoring and tie-breaker rules in the Competition Rules.

A postponed or rescheduled fixture remains part of its original Gameweek. Where a postponed fixture could still affect who wins a Gameweek, settlement of that €10 Gameweek prize is delayed until the fixture is played and the Gameweek can be fully scored.

You must provide accurate name, email and contact details, and keep them up to date. We may need these details to contact you about your entry, a refund or a prize payment.

• ▸Duplicate accounts, fraudulent accounts and impersonation are not permitted.
• ▸Any attempt to manipulate scoring, deadlines, promotions, payments or leaderboards is not permitted.
• ▸Abusive behaviour towards other participants or PlayLogic staff is not permitted.
• ▸We may suspend or void an entry or account that breaches these terms, and may withhold a prize pending investigation.

PlayLogic may correct obvious technical, scoring or data errors — including incorrect results, mis-scored fixtures, duplicated entries and pricing or promotional errors — and may recalculate leaderboards accordingly.

Fixtures, kick-off times and results are taken from official and recognised football data sources. Where a data source is delayed, incomplete or later corrected, scoring may be updated to reflect the corrected information.

We aim to keep PlayLogic available at all times, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Where an interruption materially affects your ability to submit a prediction before a deadline, contact us as soon as possible and we will review it.

PlayLogic operates from Ireland. These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights you have under applicable law.
